Chili isn’t a one-size-fits-all kind of meal. Like football, there are various plays, fans of one recipe over the other, ratings/scores and more. We’ve compiled some of our extra point-worthy chili recipes that’ll get everyone (non-football fans included) excited for the game (or at least the chili you’ve prepared). Now, let’s start dicing, mixing and jumping for touchdown joy with top-notch chili recipes that will leave fans wanting more. Betty, it’s game time, and we know you’ve got this!

Traditional Chili

Remind yourself that tradition is always a great idea! These amazing recipes had to evolve from somewhere, right? Plus, when telling guests (or even just family) that you're making chili, their minds (and taste buds) will likely go this route and there is no shame in that game. Here are four picks that will leave everyone coming back for more.

Chili Plus Ups

There’s nothing wrong with changing up the play, or in this case, the traditional recipe. Adding mac, chorizo, salsa, pulled pork and more can really jazz it up and make it stand out — just like you, Betty! The only question left to ask is, which one will you try first?

Most likely deemed the second most popular of chilis, which doesn’t mean it comes in second place. This option, lighter in color and ingredients, has had fans cheering for years, and we don’t see that stopping anytime soon. Try these two winning takes, and let us know what you think.
