Easy Papaya Salad Recipe & Video - Seonkyoung Longest (1)

Hi guys!

Recently I’m so so obsessed with this easypapaya salad!!! (I just had for lunch yesterday and made it again for today’s lunch!! lol)

It is so refreshing and satisfying!

Also very light on your tummy!

Doesn’t require to cook to complete this beautiful dish and I don’t even need a main dish when I have my easy papaya salad!

The seasoning for papaya salad is very simple, yet I highly recommend you to get those from your local Asian grocery store. You can also find these ingredients from online! Just click the pictures away to get it! 😉

Also dried shrimp adds great flavor to papaya salad! It’s not the must item, but definitelymakespapaya salad amazing!

If you have regular size mortar and pestle, you can definitely use it to make this papaya salad recipe! Just make the dressing in the mortar and toss vegetables in a mixing bowl, that will totally work!

But if you are obsessed with Thai cuisine like me, it might worth to get a this huge Thai/Lao style mortar and pestle! Every time I use these, it makes feel like a pretty bad ass Thai cook! lol

You can find green papayaeasily at your local grocery stores. But if you can’t find it where you live, you can use regular cucumber- just peel and seeded, the shred. 😉

Hope you give this delicious and easy papaya salad at home!!

Don’t forget to servepapaya saladwith Sticky Rice, theycomplete each others!

I know you are gonna LOVE it!!

That looks yummy……Is Green Papaya just an un-ripe papaya or is it a totally separate fruit? Have you tried Red Boat Fish Sauce?
