Flourless Peanut Chocolate Chip Pancakes

Let me ask you a question. When you walk into a store and see the sale rack, do you beeline for it? Do you look around and eventually make your way? Or do you just not even stop there all together?

I’m usually the second one. The sale rack always seems to be in the back of the store, but I get so distracted by all the other pretty things up front. So I usually make my way there and then collect all the loot.

Ok, let me ask you another question.Do you like to save money?

What if all you had to do was download a coupon and you save? Truth be told, I’d much rather just download something than search through newspapers and cut things out. I don’t have time for that. But pressing download, yes I do have time for that.

Especially if it means saving money! Woohoo!

Well, I have good news for you Kroger is offering over $100 worth of organic coupons from July 9th-26th.

HOW OFTEN DOES THAT HAPPEN?

Organic vs. Non-Organic Pancakes

Organic is always the better choice. What’s the difference between organic and non-organic? Well, there are less chemicals used on organic products and they are usually fresher because less preservatives are used in the packaging. Overall there is a higher FDA standard in order to be certified organic. So clearly it is the better choice for your family. However, not always the cheaper choice.

Until now. The promotion Kroger is doing this July makes buying organic a lot more affordable. Not only do they offer organic produce but they also have a brand called Simple Truth Organic which has items like condiments, pasta, baby products, household items, meats, canned goods, cereal, and even speciality items like peanut powder!

Which brings me to today’s recipe. These Flourless Peanut Chocolate Chip Pancakes … ya’ll holy yum. You won’t even miss the flour in these. They are filled with so much flavor and only have a few ingredients. The main one being the peanut powder! Um.. and they are made in a blender, making your life way easier!
