Starbucks Medicine Ball Copycat Recipe (1)

This Starbucks medicine ball tea contains Jade citrus mint tea, honey citrus mint tea, peach tranquility herbal tea (both Teavana) steamed lemonade, honey, and an optional pump of peppermint syrup.

When I get a scratchy, sore throat or nasal congestion I reach for my medicine ball ingredients. The medicine ball drink uses Teavana teas but I am not able to find them in my area so I have some substitutions listed below that work for me.

I make this medicine ball in the venti size because when you are not feeling well it is important to increase your fluid intake, especially when you have a common cold. This is an easy and delicious way to increase your fluids.

What isstarbucks medicine ball?

Starbucks Medicine Ball, also known as the Honey Citrus Mint Tea, is a popular drink from Starbucks that has gained a lot of attention on social media. It's a warm, soothing tea that's made with a combination of Jade Citrus Mint Green Tea, Peach Tranquility Herbal Tea, hot water, steamed lemonade, and honey. Some variations also include an extra boost of peppermint syrup.

This drink is believed to have originated as a "secret menu" item, but due to its popularity, it was officially added to the Starbucks menu in 2018 as the Honey Citrus Mint Tea.

The combination of tea, honey, and citrus is thought to be helpful for soothing sore throats and easing cold and flu symptoms. However, it's important to note that while this drink may offer some comfort, it is not a substitute for actual medical treatment if you are experiencing significant illness.
